PLEASE NOTE: All examples given are just that, examples. The combinations may not work in the game.
Before You Begin
- You need to have unlocked the Enchanted Tree, which is at level 5 (maybe, not quite sure, will change this later).
- You need to know what creature you are trying to summon (to know what elements you need).
- The 2 creatures you are going to breed need to be level 5 or higher.
How To Guide
To summon a creature, tap on the Enchanted Tree, then tap Summon. A selection screen appears, showing you what creatures you have. Any that are darker than others have a level less than 5, which means they cannot breed.
Tapping on a creature in the left column will select it, and will also darken any creatures in the right column that cannot be bred with it (more about that later).
Tap a creature in the right column, then tap the "Summon Now!" button, et voilà. You have now summoned a creature! =) Now all you have to do is wait for the secs/mins/hours before it is ready to go into the Nursery, and then the same amount of time for the egg to incubate in the Nursery.
1.) Breeding 2 of the same creatures will result in that creature.
- Garden Nymph + Garden Nymph = Garden Nymph
2.) Breeding 2 Basic Creatures will result in a Hybrid combining those elements.
- Garden Nymph + Centaur = Treant OR Wisp...
3.) Breeding a Basic Creature with a Hybrid Creature will result in a Hybrid of 2 of the 3 elements.
- Garden Nymph + Pegasus = Treant OR Fairy OR Wisp OR Pegasus OR Sylph OR Peryton...
4.) Breeding 2 Hybrids will result in a Hybrid of 2 of the 4 elements.
- Treant + Wyrm = Treant OR Fairy OR Imp OR Wisp OR Pegasus OR Kapre OR Sylph OR Peryton OR Wyrm OR Fire Nymph OR Kitsune OR Cockatrice...
5.) VERY RARELY, breeding 2 Creatures will result in a Basic Creature.
- Garden Nymph + Centaur = Treant OR Wisp OR Garden Nymph OR Centaur.
This only applies when selecting which creatures to breed... NOT what creature you will get.
Ok, so the element pool is the unofficial name given to the mixture of elements involved in summoning a creature.
Breeding 2 Basic Creatures (Garden Nymph and Centaur) or 2 Hybrid Creatures with the same elements (Treant and Wisp) will put 2 elements in the element pool (Garden and Forest). This means that the possible outcomes from the summoning can only choose from those 2 elements, so there are 4 possible outcomes:
Once you introduce hybrids, things start getting a little more complicated...
Breeding a Basic Creature (Garden Nymph) with a Hybrid Creature (Pegasus) will put 3 elements in the element pool (Garden, Forest and Sky). This means that the possible outcomes from the summoning can only choose from 2 of those 3 elements, so there are 9 possible outcomes:
Breeding 2 Hybrid Creatures (Treant and Wyrm) will put 4 elements in the element pool (Garden, Forest, Sky and Volcano). This means that the possible outcomes from the summoning can only choose from 2 of those 4 elements, so there are 16 possible outcomes:
NEW: Possible outcomes
Say you want to summon a Fire Nymph, so you breed a Treant with a Naga. What other outcomes could there be? First, look at the table of eggs...
Next, highlight all rows and columns NOT included in the element pool. A Treant is a Garden/Forest hybrid, and a Naga is a Volcano/Desert hybrid, so the 2 elements not included are Sky and Beach...
Therefore, Treant + Naga can result in these 16 eggs...
